<Regaining your vision, Thegren is tinkering with something between his hands. Upon closer inspection, he is effortlessly cutting a Star Ruby in to the same facet you just witnessed. As he places it on to his table, another gem can be seen in his grasp, a Citrine. He repeats the same process--and then again with an Emberstone.

With a rigid look, the artisan points at you, to his craft and then presents you his bare, stretched out hand. After a short amount of pondering, Thegren's gestures start to make sense to you: he expects you to replicate the three cuts you just got taught five times.

Shouldn't be too hard, should it?>

<Thegren waits with a strict expression.>

<Comparing them to the dwarf's flawless cuts, you feel almost embarrassed looking at feeble attempts to replicate his craft. However, to your surprise, another smile whisks itself unto the face of Thegren and the rush of accomplishment invigorates you.
