A despicable man known as Bargul oversees the work there. Rumours claim he bears a hammer called Fingerbreaker?since he uses it to break the fingers of those that do not meet their quota.

You are to break his bones and retrieve that hammer. While I do not usually wish for others to meet their end, that one deserves what is coming to him.
